Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered within the first 14 days of project commencement, provided no substantial design or development work has been delivered. If the project has progressed beyond the initial strategy or design phase, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on completed work.

Deposits are non-refundable once initial work (such as planning, research, or mock-ups) has begun. Custom design work, third-party software purchases, or domain/hosting fees are also non-refundable once secured on your behalf.

To request a refund, email us at tiasofia@atomiccloud.uk with your project reference and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days if approved.
