Project Scope & Revisions
We provide clear project proposals outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any additional features, design changes, or revisions outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges and extended timelines. Two rounds of revisions are typically included unless otherwise agreed.
Payments & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before final handover. If a project is cancelled by the client after commencement, the deposit is non-refundable. Late payments may incur fees and delay delivery.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All designs and assets remain the property of Atomic Cloud Services Ltd until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the completed website design is transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
