Getting started is simple: after subscribing, your dedicated Account Manager will contact you to understand your business and support needs. We’ll agree on your weekly support scope, begin onboarding, and give you access to your Client Portal to log tasks, track progress, and stay in touch. Use your weekly hours on admin, design, finance, planning, and more—log tasks close to your slot and roll over any unused time. Cancel anytime—access ends, tasks pause, and ongoing work is handed over as-is, with options to wrap up projects separately.
